Atty. Vican Jess D. dela Rosa is a Special Counsel in the Law Firm. Prior to his appointment as Deputy Registrar of Deeds II of Quezon City, Atty. Dela Rosa was an experienced Real Estate attorney, who has handled various multi-million real estate acquisition and titling projects. Presently, he is also a professorial lecturer handling land titles and deeds at the Philippine Law School. Atty. Dela Rosa is the Real Estate Group’s main consultant.
When not at work, Atty. Dela Rosa can be found going on road trips and long drive with his family. He also loves spending his free time with his three children.
