Atty. Aniceto E. Ammogao II is a sought-after Litigator and a Real Estate Law Practitioner, who has vast experience in handling land-related cases, rehabilitation proceedings, collection cases, acquisitions, judicial and administrative titling, estate settlement, ownership transfers, foreclosure proceedings, appraisals, and asset management, among many others. He heads the Real Estate Department and the Transportation Department of the Law Firm. His departments are being retained by Construction Firms, a Transport Network Company, and Financing and Lending Companies.
In his career, Atty. Ammogao was able to win several landmark cases that had reached the Supreme Court. One of these cases is Spouses Flores vs. Spouses Estrellado, et al., G.R. No. 251669, December 07, 2021, which is now being cited several times in cases or complaints concerning malpractices of a former member or a member of the Philippine Bar.
Atty. Ammogao is a graduate of A.B. Political Science in Far Eastern University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He finished his law school at the University of Santo Tomas. Currently, Atty. Ammogao is finishing his diploma in Land Valuation and Management at the University of the Philippines, Los Baños, Laguna.
Atty. Ammogao, together with Atty. Lorman Arugay, has acquired and/or developed several properties from Metro Manila, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, Isabela, and Cagayan. With his hard work, Atty. Ammogao was able to build three apartment buildings and five commercial units in Quezon City and Valenzuela City, which are being operated by “AEA Property Leasing”.
